Sangría Malamado
THIS FRESH AND FUITY COCKTAIL IS IDEAL FOR SIPPING ON SUNNY AFTERNOONS.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 750ml bottle of Malamado Malbec
- 100 ml gold rum
- 30 ml lemon juice
- Orange juice
- 150 g cubed pineapple (a quarter of the pineapple approx.)
- 150 g cubed red apple (an apple approx.)
- 150 g cubed peaches (1 peach approx.)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Ice cubes
PREPARATION
Method: Direct mixing
Put the cubed fruits into a two-litre pitcher. Pour the Malamado Malbec and rum, and mix it with the lemon juice and the cinnamon sticks. Fill the pitcher with orange juice and gently stir with a bar spoon for 1 minute. Refrigerate it for 1 hour. Before serving, add ice to the pitcher and gently stir with a bar spoon. Serve in tumbler glasses with ice. Enjoy!
