Torrontés grapes are fermented with their skins to to bring out this varietal’s signature aroma.

Once fermentation is completed, the wine is distilled in our traditional alembic still.

After distillation, the brandy is aged for 30 months in small stainless steel vessels.

Animado Fuego de Torrontés is clear and translucent in colour and is characterised by subtle floral and citrus aromas.

The palate shows expressive rich fruit and a refreshing mouth feel with a delicate and aromatic finish.

Enjoy it alone or pair it with toasted nuts, candied fruits, white chocolate, or coffee.
